For the past week or so, the LNG Canada flare has been lighting up the skies night and day through heavy rain, fog and clouds, with the roar of the flames heard across town. It was part of the preparation for the implementation of “Train 2” the second LNG processing unit. On November 6, LNG Canada confirmed that Train 2 is now operational.
