Kitimat’s spring blizzard

The end of March 2026 in Kitimat has been nasty. Rather than slowly becoming springlike we’ve had snow storm after snow storm, with the latest (after the spring equinox) was more like a blizzard in January or February.

This morning’s atmospheric river hitting the northwest from Oregon to British Columbia brought a blizzard to Kitimat. That didn’t deter all the birds that came to my tower feeder.
